When a customer places an order, we take payment and send you an email with the details.

Step 6

When a customer places an order, you'll receive an email with the details which allows you to accept or reject the order.

Step 7

Once you've accepted the order, you can prepare the order for collection or delivery and provide updates to the customer.

Step 8

Once the order has been fulfilled, you'll receive payment to your bank account. This can take up to 7 days to process.
